What can you learn from this course
This morning dance workout consists of two main practices, each containing 14 sacred movements and lasting approximately 10 minutes. For each movement, Peruquois offers 1-2 minute explanations where she shows dance movements and how each of them affects a woman's body.
- Learn two sacred dances “Let Shakti In” and “Removing the Corset”
- Practice both dances with Peruquois guidance
- Move with more body awareness, improvise and dance freely
- Learn sacred movements for both dance practices step by step
- Practice advanced versions of both dances
The first dance includes elements of self-massage and helps you tune into your body gently, connect to your yoni, your breasts, release tension from shoulders and activate your energy centers. The second dance helps to boost sexual energy, awakening sensuality and joy of free movement If you wish, you can conclude the exercise routine with freestyle dancing to the song “I'm Not a Good Girl” by Peruquois. The entire exercise routine is performed to Peruquois’ songs.
