I wanted to create a class/workout that is dance-like but does not focus on choreography. The moves are repeated as an exercise which allows to focus on the feeling of the body and with each rep they can master it.. They would focus on the flow and execution rather than steps and count. The music is just a pleasant background. It's not about perfection but the feeling. I want women to dig within themselves and find that inner goddess we all possess-

This is an ideal workout for those who want to start dancing classes, but always felt awkward as a beginner and gave up.

25 minutes training that focuses on posture, self-confidence, body coordination. Perfect for your and body strengthening. Feel like a diva!
25 min training with elements of seduction. Feel feminine and full of energy. Move consciously and push out negative energy
25 min training with elements of "floor work". Training to strengthen the whole body. Feel strong and feminine at the same time
The training is so enjoyable that you won't even feel that you are excercising . Feel like a real diva and at the same time strengthen your whole body! Use this procedure as a show for a partner
10 minutes of warm-up. If you want to train a bit longer, start with this warm-up and then choose any Sensual Goddess workout. This excercise is also a great option as a training itself when you have less time
10 minutes of barefoot workout to relax, stretch out and at the same time feel very feminine. This workout is also a great morning option to start the day full of energy. Have fun!
